I paid for this app solely for football and sports. Sundays are okay, but Monday night and Thursdays night games are just full of non-stop lag and constantly in and out and never tuned in. Unwatchable. I noticed the movies are also. I have Google Fiber high-speed internet, so that's never an issue with all of my streaming apps and gaming consoles. This app is just very bad with streaming and reception. I don't recommend it."
Updated review. From 3 to 4 stars. Over time, I have learned some of the issues were on the side of the service provider and not the app. There are still occasional performance issues that the service provider says is an issue with the device/app and I cannot get a response from the developer for possible input / assistance. Still, overall, the experience is decent. I would like a couple of minor functions/features added to make it a 5 star experience."
Why do they do updates and ruin the experience, it is so much more difficult to find anything in the library of TV/Movies. When searching for TV shows, you have to look under the Movie category. Makes no sense at all. You can't see any information about a show or movie unless you click into it; I favorited some shows after searching for them, but once you leave the app and come back, there are no favorites (waste of time). Developers: Please read the reviews and adjust accordingly. I can appreciate this app is "free", and maybe you had your reasons for completely altering the experience (eg lab mice experiment), could you provide an overview of how to use this app efficiently (maybe it makes sense to you)?"
