It's good when it works but very often it locks up on the payment and won't go through. Then you end up having to stand in the line you were avoiding after wasting time building your order on the app at your table. Very aggravating. I find myself just going somewhere else when the app payment locks up and won't go through."

App is super glitchy. Also never saves my payment method. No matter how many times I check the "save for later" box when I enter my payment I always have to get my card back out and reenter it every single time. There's no way to add it to your profile either. Not a huge deal but it's frustrating when I'm trying to place an order in a hurry and can't just click pay."

Update: Tried tableside ordering again and it failed. This app is primarily good for rewards. There's no way to create an order ahead of time so that I can choose a table when at the restaurant. At the very least, I should be able to do this. The Chik Fil A app is what every other restaurant that offers app ordering should strive for. Also I had to restart the app when creating my table side order. It's faster to go to the front of there aren't many people in line."
