I have never felt more creeped out by an app than this one. It crashes all the time, never does what it's supposed to do reliably, which it must do or it is worthless. It has stopped letting me log in and when I went through all the steps to reset passwords start over it wont finish the job online. I emailed the company and there has been no response. Any app I have to enter my router password, It won't fully work but has access to my home and the company has gone dark on me... well.. nope."

After more than 2 years in use, still working great. I have 2 cameras. With Ethernet/LAN no problems, working really good. If there is a power outage, my camera doesn't reconnect automatically to wi-fi. (At least so it was when I first tested it out.) Doesn't affect me, I use cable. Maybe there is a option in settings, or maybe they did an update, I don't know. I don't use WiFi for the cameras anyway."

no problem on my husband's iPhone but on my android and my husband's second phone (android) connecting the camera to the wifi was not possible. then after the iphone connected it it worked for a while. suddenly the camera was offline for no apparent reason. came back online again after a few hours but now I can't login anymore. It just keeps loading and stops after a while. Still works on the iphone though. Please fix. I really enjoyed the camera for the few hours that it worked on my phone"
