painful to checkin, very slow, 10-30 seconds wait between each step, passport verification freezes the phone for over a minute, then fails... and after checking in boarding passes don't show up automatically, they have to be downloaded, 1 at a time, which takes several seconds each despite it being only a few bytes of data (the slowness is NOT my device or the internet connection, it's this one app)"

This app used to be pretty good. Now, every time I try to add my boarding passes to the app after I've checked in, it takes me BACK to check-in. Also, even when I ask for the boarding passes to be emailed to me, they never arrive. This used to work, too. So,my only option for boarding passes is the print version at the airport."

This app is not useful at all, it needs a lot of work. Checking in fails with errors, even with all the proper information entered in correctly-- so I ended up doing it at the airport. Even after we checked in, the app never refreshed and it still thinks we haven't checked in yet. As a qualified front end developer and having done apps for both Android and iPhone, you guys really need to test your app before releasing it."
