Had trouble ordering with the app. Check out kept saying I had no items in my basket when I had two. When trying to change the quantity of an item I wanted to buy, it would not let me for several attempts. I like the convenience of not having to travel to a store. I do not like the free shipping as free shipping is never free and is built into the cost of your items. Free shipping is the biggest sucker tactic in retail. I like chewy, but have had better results in the past."

The latest update killed the app. I'm now unable to log in and keep getting a black screen with the message "The site can't be reached" and that it might be temporarily down or moved permanently to a new web address. I can log in on the laptop with no problem. Started a few days ago after updating the app. App un-/reinstall didn't solve the issue. Never had a problem with the app before & Chewy is awesome. 1 star rating only to get IT's attention. (I can send a screenshot of error msg.)"

I love chewy for the ease of getting exactly what I want, in-stock and quick deliveries. I have even found that the cat wet food quality is better in chewy than in supermarket shelves. That said, the app is not very stable especially after the update today. The UI is all glitchy with text leaving a trail on the screen. I wish I could attach a screenshot. At this point, I can't order from the app even if I need to. Please fix ASAP."
