SharkClean

The app is great when it works, but it rarely works. I have it installed on a Google Pixel 6 and it has all the current updates installed. For over a month now the SharkClean app will show like it's loading, then just close. I don't get any options to submit a bug report or anything. I would not have purchased their vacuum if I knew the app was broken more often then it works."

I'll only talk about the things I wish could be improved or have failed me. Otherwise, it's been great! 1) The interface for creating the rooms or zones in the app is cumbersome. 2) It would be nice to see the real time progress of its job assignment on the map in the app. 3) Once, so far, the app lost my entire room and zone layout for no reason, which ticked me off more than it would have because of #1 above. 4) A longer history would be useful."

No tablet support? Come on, Shark! The app does the bare minimum, but falls short of less expensive competitors. Even the Wyze app showed exactly where the vac was during a cleaning session, and the exact path it followed. The Shark accidentally locked itself in a bathroom today. (It happens.) I got a notification that it couldn't return to the base to charge but the app didn't show where it was. By the time I got home, it had shut off and disconnected, so I had to search the house. Do better."
