It used to be great and seamless.... now since they've integrated it linking both my Mariners account AND my ticketmaster account, they both seem to glitch out... I'll sign into one account, it'll ask me to also sign into my linked acount.... then the first account will be logged out, and I can't access my tickets anymore!!! So I retry it get to where it says I have tickets... click on them, and then says I have invalid credentials!!! MLB..... revert it back to last year's system please!!!"
The transition to ticket master has made this basically unusable to get in the game. Edit: Oh, right, must be user error and not that the app kicks you to an in-app browser to then log in to a separate site (ticketmaster) that works like half the time. Add on to this that this is all usually happening while at the ticket gate without wifi and it creates a painful experience. You should skip the app and just go to ticket master and save the tickets to apple pay or Google wallet."
This year, 2023, the app has become a piece of junk!!! The app forces me to login every day that I need to use it to get to my tickets. Often it tells me my credentials are invalid. Then, after several login attempts, using the same stored credentials, it decides I'm OK. I have also experienced multiple problems with the Interactive Games, all season long! There must be something wrong with the 8-8-23 update as new problems have arisen."
