Last season, this app worked fine. This season I haven't been able to get it to work twice in a row. When I open the app the 2nd time, it just buffers. I have to uninstall and then reinstall the app to get it to open. If I close the app and go back to it later the same day to check scores, it will only buffer. I clear the cache and that doesn't help at all. I'm a disappointed NFL fan."
App is TERRIBLE for a Galaxy S22. Due to blackouts, I can't watch my preferred team because I'm out of market. So instead, I listen to the radio broadcast. This works as long as you keep the app open, but if you switch apps or put your phone in sleep mode, the broadcast runs into glitches and won't play. Add in some horrendous, confusing UI design that makes it difficult to navigate, and you've got a terrible app. I NEVER write app reviews, which should tell you everything. Shame on you NFL."
GARBAGE APP!! Had the app for a couple of season, just to have to fight with it more and more. Now when my subscription for NFL+ renewed (at a higher cost, mind you) it has completely locked me out. No matter how many times I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged in and out, and changed my password (all at the direction of what I assume is a bot) it will not acknowledge my subscription. Now I have to fight to get my $49.99 refunded. Shame on the NFL for promoting this garbage."
