The UI/UX is old-fashioned and clunky, and there are so many random long-form security checks when trying to use the app (like deciding biometrics isn't enough to open the app, or requiring a phone call to get a code) that it's almost useless for any practical purposes. PNC bank is great. It's a shame their digital service is so out of date/touch."
App used to be fine, and functional. Recently, maybe the last month or two, anytime I log it the app immediately crashes and says the service is unavailable. Can't log in, can't check balances, can't make transfers... Totally unusable app at this point. I'd actually consider switching banks because of the app. If they can't get an app with my financial information right, it doesn't make me feel good about the rest of their systems."
Honestly used to be one of the best banking apps out there. Easy to use, great UI/UX, it worked, and so much more. Up until about 2 or 3 months ago at least. Since then, the app has been barely functional. After autofilling my password, the user name just disappears and I'm unable to type it in, resulting in me force closing the app 2-3 times. Then, when I am able to get signed in and I do a transfer, the app becomes unresponsive. Forcing me to turn force close it again and deal with signing in"
