I have had nothing but a good experience using the app. It's convenient & easy to navigate. I use it a few times a week to check my account balance. I've used it to contact customer service when I've had questions & always had quick, helpful responses. They started offering budgeting help which is handy in the current economy. Overall just a great experience."

Old app was superb and worked very fast. You can't even make transfers with the new app. You hit the 'choose account to transfer from' button, a minute later (literally) the options pop up, same thing happens with the other options. It took me 10 minutes to make 3 transfers, something I could have done in under 30 seconds on the old app."
