The app is regularly inaccurate about whether I am the driver or a passenger, or when I'm driving my motorscooter and not the car. I can manually correct it, but I'd rather be able to trust it. Update 7/9/23: The app interprets driving through a series of switchbacks with handling the phone. It's a regular route for me, so frustrating."

Overall, this is a great app because it did bring me a big discount by using it. Be aware though, that it sometimes shows me as driving distractedly on my street when I never even got in my car, lol... I think it picks me up riding my mower! Also, it will show as distracted driving if I park and check my phone before exiting the car. You really have to check the app pretty often in case you need to correct it. But, when you ARE actually driving, I'd say it is pretty accurate."
