It is the worst viewing experience imaginable. It does not remember what sound profile you prefer. The closed captions do not match the audio making for a very frustrating experience if you are hard of hearing. It doesn't even remember you prefer closed captions. Now as for customer service. They reinstalling the app. Oh if that didn't help then try reinstalling the app. Sorry if that didn't work try reinstalling the app. It's free but not really worth that much."
Lliterally since day 1 I've had issues with it freezing, skipping, loading slow. This isn't the first review I've left and I've also reached out via email and if course I never hear anything back. No one wants to keep paying for something when they aren't able to get full use out of it. And that amount of data Starz uses is flat out ridiculous. I understand it takes time to correct "bugs, glitches" but I know y'all can do better. I can't even cast it because it don't show the option to do so."
Absolutely disappointed. Got this app specifically to be able to watch our new favorite show "Heels". However, neither on our televisions nor our phones, could we get a single episode to play. We were given "Playback error" on every attempt. Not to mention that the same ad successfully loaded on all attempts, so we were lucky enough to watch the same ad at least 9 times. Severely dissatisfied and regret spending the money and the time to create an account."
